Semana 2- Spanish program at the Community House, Spring 2010

Buenas tardes estudiantes,

Last night we read most of the conversations using the verb Ser and worked on matching (conjugating) the verb to the subject.  We also read the vocabulary sheet, At the airport.  Please work on the exercises attached (one is the same one I sent last week) and on exercise 2.3 and 2.4 a from the Easy Spanish Step by step.
Do as much as you can, don’t let stress you.

Semana 1- Spanish program at the Community House, Spring 2010

Hola y buenas tardes estudiantes,

You have already taken the biggest step into the life-learning process of learning Spanish. I hope you are as motivated as I am to get started. As we discussed in class, please buy the Easy Spanish Step by Step, Barbara Bregstein book and a dictionary.

Read the first chapter of the book (not too exciting but important) and learn the subjuct pronouns- Yo, Tu, El, Ella, Nosotros, Vosotros, Ellos… on page 14. Also print the following 2 attached documents for class.

Remember that it is a process, so let’s take it easy and enjoy it.
Muchas gracias y hasta la vista,

Joaquin
