But I was wrong! Within weeks we were tackling conversational topics that went far beyond a review of the basics. Because of the course’s emphasis on conversation, students can almost immediately begin putting their Spanish to work in everyday situations. A great course for absolute beginners or returning students---and a lot of fun! Senor Joaquin has a great teaching style that somehow allows advanced students and absolute beginners to learn side by side in a fun and confidence-boosting environment. His patient but persistent, approach made every class fly by and left us all eager to learn even more. I was worried that the classes would be too difficult. Although the classes were challenging, they were very enjoyable. After only 6 weeks the improvement was dramatic. I completed the introductory course and will continue my studies with Joaquin. Thank you for making learning Spanish fun !!!
